Blanton & Sons - Heating, Cooling and Plumbing

Can’t say enough good things about Blanton and Sons. From the first representative Kyle to the install team of Brian and David, to the office representative Jessica and the office team their professionalism and attention to detail was above and beyond. They were prompt and courteous and treated our home with care and respect. They installed an electric water heater and a gad tankless water heater. We would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

We had our first plumbing inspection with Blanton & Sons. Wesley Fierson was sent out as the plumber/ inspector. Wesley did an excellent job of explaining all the details and options of the work proposal. Likewise, he did a great job of fixing leaks and installing new equipment. Wesley was super friendly and stayed until all the work was completed to our satisfaction.

Brian did a wonderful job replacing my blower motor and primary contactor on my heat pump plus performing seasonal maintenance on the unit. He was professional, courteous, educated me on the inner workings of a heat pump and allowed me to observe his work throughout the entire process. First time customer with Blanton&Son Heating &Air and was very impressed with Brian's work, I will be using Blanton for my future Heating and Air needs.

Would not recommend. Had a tech William come out yesterday to find a water leak. I did explain that it is under ground. Tech checked my toilet and told me he was going to do a dye test... I again tried to explain to him my toilet isn't leaking and that isn't going to cause a $500 water bill. In which he felt it necessary to tell me it can... it can't unless it is spraying like a water fountain. I was charged $298.10 for him not to find the leak but instead give me a quote for an exploratory search for the leak he didn't find. But made sure I knew about the finance option for a problem he didn't find... I called the plumber because I needed help and got a bill for him doing the somethings I did to find the leak before I called a plumber. Next time I will go with Plumb Pro... I was ripped off and the quote he gave me to look for my leak that William didn't find ranged from $5500 to $17,201.45. Again for something he didn't find. So, yes I'm getting a second opinion. Don't waste you money. Not worth it.

Charles came out to my home early this morning and was amazing! I though they were just coming to give me an idea of the issues that I had going on; however, he was able to rectify them as well! He was very kind, had a wonderful & patient temperament, and he explained everything that was gong on with my unit. My step dad referred this company to me from Columbia, SC and I am so glad that they have been so friendly and easy to work with! Even the receptionist or dispatch (the kind woman that answers the phone and handles the scheduling) is very kind and warm. I went from being a little perturbed regarding something trivial (scheduling) to smiling at the end of the call. I highly recommend this company! They traveled to the downtown Charleston area where I live to complete the work and I had no idea they were based out of Ravenell! Great customer service all around!!

Kyle was the plumbing technician today, he did excellent! There were several tasks to be completed: new sink, check gas connection and fix leak in a bathroom sink. He was very professional and kept everything clean. Blanton’s is the only company I trust for my HVAC and plumbing!

Blanton and Sons was timely and efficient in scheduling. Shawn was polite and focused, and he left the workspace clean. I was shocked by the price but happy to have the job done well. 🤗

Blanton and Son’s were the only plumbing company to even answer the phone during a winter storm emergency. They were able to schedule me the following day, and took care of a broken pipe quickly to get water back on in my house. Wesley explained our options, and proceeded with diagnosing the issue the least invasive way to determine next steps. We was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We will recommend and use Blanton and Son’s for future plumbing needs.
